] sunscreen – use every day! Wear sunhat and/or sunglasses
] no smoking, limited alcohol, no rec. drugs
] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day
] eat a healthy diet – avoid fried, fast, and junk food – even diet junk food. Use healthy fats [ omega three, flaxseed oil, sunflowerseed oil ] in your diet
] use an exfoliating body scrub – Aapri or ST Ives is great – two or three times a week. I also use on feet, and all over once a week in winter.
] use the cleanser or face wash, toner, sunscreen, and moisturizer for YOUR skin type – oily, dry, combo, normal, sensitive.
] use only non comedogenic[ doesn't clog pores, or cause zits ] makeup, and remove it all every night before sleeping
