For me the best product to clear acne has been Mary Kay Microdermabrasion set. It is a two step process that you do two to three times a week. I started using it and have NO problems with my face. I will say that with my face their facewash does not work. It did make me break out but it could work for you. I know a lot of people who use it. Also my husband uses the Microdermabrasion and several of his co-workers and they all love it and all shown great improvement in their skin. I use the Wal-Mart brand of Pro Active because it works better to me than Pro Active (which didnt work at all) and I have combination/oily skin. I wash my face with that when Im in the shower so once a day and use the Mary Kay Microdermabrasion twice a week and my skin is perfect :) Hope that helps
The Microdermabrasion Set is $55.00 but that lasts about 2 months. You only use a tiny amount. It is the same formula that the spa uses when you have a facial. Normally at a spa you would spend at least $100 for a facial so you are getting like 2 months worth of facials twice a week for $55.00. So its a great deal and it really works.

Just use Clinique. Their stuff is more expensive but I"ve found it really works. On a daily basis I use:
Antibacterial soap. In the form of a bar. This washes my face.
Clarifying Lotion. This is a type of toner, it doesn't have alcohol in it so it doesn't sting when I put it on.
Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. This is obviously to moisturize. I noticed that you had just the lotion on your list, I've used both the regular lotion and the gel and found the gel was Also lighter on my skin, it just felt alot nicer, the regular lotion felt like it was too heavy and greasy on my skin. Also, if you use the Clarifying Lotion before you put on the Moisturizing Gel it helps get the lotion in your skin faster, so it doesn't just sit on your skin.
In the evening I do all of those steps except I use Clinique's rinse off Foaming Cleanser. Which is another face soap, but it's special stuff to help wash off makeup. And every few days I use their 7 day facial scrub.
You don't need to try all of these things, it's unnecessary and a complete waste of money. Use what works best for you. And you cant expect any kind of product to magically work overnight, you have to keep you using it. If you find that nothing that you've already given a chance hasn't worked at all, then probably a good portion of anything wont, so it's a medical thing and you need to go see a Dermatologist.
I also find that you have to wash your face twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night, no more and no less. If I skip washing my face at night I find I get a break out a couple of days later from it, but if I keep up with washing my face twice a day my face is flawless. And like I said I know Clinique is expensive but maybe try it out. www.clinique.ca.
What do you mean you can only use lotions? You can't wash your face with lotion. And what is your question then if you are going to disregard everything we say, if you already have a routine everyday then why are you wasting our time with this question..?

I would suggest using Philosophy's purity made simple. Thats what I swear by and I have combo/dry skin also. It is a cleanser and toner all in one so I would cut out the Neutrogena toner. I have learned that it is best to keep your skin routine to a minimum, too many products could make your skin worse, so I would recommend sticking to just one cleanser, followed by a good moisturizer (CeraVe has a really great moisturizer for dry skin) and an exfoliant used once a week(I use St. Ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin). Then you could spot treat any breakouts you have with an acne cream from Clean and Clear(since you like that brand) If that doesn't work, you could always see a dermatologist, and they could prescribe an acne cream for you like Differin or Retin A. Unfortunately, a lot of this is just trial and error, it took me several years to find what products work with my skin.
