It's paraben free.Use only the Day Cream for both day & night, if you find that the night cream is too rich for you skin.Use the exfoliating cleanser once a day if you find it too abrasive. If you feel you need a toner , use rosewater.(pharmacist) For your zits , use tea tree oil. You can get it at any pharmacist .
