I used it when I was 12 or 13 thinking I needed something to even out the ph of my skin so I wouldn't get as many break outs, turns out all I needed to do was wash my face with warm water followed by cool rinses 2 or 3 times a day. I have normal skin(whatever that is) not dry or oily so this is what worked best for me. Oily skin needs more alkaline based product and dry skin more acid based product. So oatmeal for oily. But I think they have an acne kit that's from neutrogena my friend uses it and swears by it...there is a toner in that.
