Use sunblock of at least SPF 30 UVA/UVB sun protection. Also, I have been reading lots of studies regarding the use of Vitamin C products which is an antioxidant and helps with sun exposure and regenerates skin cells (check out Cellex-C or SkinCeuticals lines).
