If I am 20, when should I start using anti-aging products?

I hardly ever go out into the sun. My biggest skin problems are under-eye circles and old acne marks from when I used to have pimples a lot. However, I hear that you should prevent wrinkles with retinol at a young age. How young?

Now! Use sunscreen everyday with a good moisturizer. Prevention is the key. We do the most skin damage in our teens and 20s that set ourselves up for wrinkles and damaged skin later.

up to now you have to use anti-anging products, this can help you to not have problems after years

my dermatologist said that anti-aging products are really good for your skin. it doesn’t matter how young you are. they are nice and rich and they help fade acne scars/spots and they are awesome to prevent wrinklesles and signs of aging.

i recommend using neutrogena’s anti-aging cream. its perfect for anything plus, its cheap.

i think it depends on race i noticed that some races tend to age faster. i am 21 and i just started using ant-agin products recently becasue i am a model and the modeling industry is obsessed with young looking girls. the way i see it is if you use it before you stasrt to age then maybe you will go wrinkle-free for a longer period of time the only problem is that i am 21 but everyone kepps telling me i look 16.

Now is the perfect time to start your anti aging regime, however you dont need to use the very heavy anti wrinkle creams at such a young age, instead it is better to use oil-free moisturisers, lightweight serums or gels, particually ones full of antioxidants.

These types of products will norish your skin and as they arent very greasy and wont clog pores or cause breakouts. Also if you gently pat them onto your under-eye circles it will help stimulate blood flow to the area and diminish their apperance.

    Other anti aging tips:
    - Always wear sunscreen, even in winter (the SPF doesnt need to be as high in winter) as lots of sun expose can undo all your good skin care work
    - Drink lots of water, aim for 8 glasses a day
    - Try and relax your facial muscles as much as possible, maybe even give yourself a facial massage every now and again.
    - Consider taking a herbal skin supplement.

Well I’m not sure about the anti-aging cream but to help with the under-eye circles and acne marks use a Skin Lightening Cream. I use Porcelena Daytime Treatment. (availible at Wal-Mart, CVS… It’s pretty cheap to)

i’d say around your mid-20′s, but definitely use sunscreen now, every day. that will help your skin as much as anti-aging products will.

  11. Skutt says:

You should start using now.. Moisturize your skin regularly and use sun-screen

    Good luck
