Hair: Head and Shoulders anti-breakage. (really really bad!)
I used to use John Frieda’s – Brilliant brunette but its really expensive is there anything similar and should i use a serum? My hair is straight. Dark reddish brown (bad dye job). I’m dyeing it dirty blond pretty soon do you think this color would suit me: I’m naturally a light to medium ash brown.http://www.mischabarton.com.ar/pictures/…
THIS is me:http://a239.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/ima…
Should I deep condition my hair?like with with a leave in oil once a week?
Face: L’oreal Exfoliating – Its green with lots of beady things (BAD for daily use because it actually for the body >.<)
Witch Hazel moisturizer
Neutragena pimple cream
L'oreal Happy-derm moisturizer.
I really need a revamp of the stuff i use because its not very good.
I get blemishes & pimples and my skin type is combination.
I was thinking of trying the aspirin cleansing thing i heard its good

Okay..
Skin (Daily Routine)
[[Because you have combination skin you need something that will help get rid of dry patches and reduce oily skin]]
So wake up with a face wash: I recommend “Nivea Visage Cream Wash for sensitive/dry skin.” or the best one to help with the spots without drying your skin out and to get rid of oil is “Amie Morning Clear Face Wash.”
After washing your face you should use a moisturizer.
Use “Amie Morning Dew Matte Moisturizer” which also helps with those pimples and will keep the oil away. Plus it will moisturize dry skin. I recommend, “Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer” for the spots and blemishes. But i would also use the “Amie Moisturizer” with it as the “Clean and Clear” won’t completely moisturize your skin as it is for the spots and blemishes.
If you wear makeup then put moisturizer 5 minutes before putting it on to stop your makeup looking really dry. Some Johnsons moisturizers make good makeup bases but “Amie” is just as good. For your skin type i recommend “Rimmel Matte Powder” as a finish to your makeup to keep the oil away all day and it also helps to get rid of spots as it drys up the oil that sits ontop of them but it wont affect dry patches.
In the evening you should always take your makeup off. I recommend “Johnsons Wipes, Combination Skin, (the green pack). or “Nivea Visage Cleansing Milk Dry/Sensitive skin”. You just need a cotton pad to go over your face. Either one of these products will take your makeup off.
You can also put a bit of moisturizer on before you go to bed.
The pimples and spots.
Try dabbing some, “Clearisel Ultra Rapid Action Cream” on them. It will also reduce the redness after a while. To be honest Witch Hazel and Tea Tree Oil didnt work for me. “Clean and Clear Cleansing Face Wipes” are also good but i only use it on my t-zone as my cheeks are too sensitive.
Hair.
If your hair gets greasy quickly try using “Head&Shoulders Citrus Shampoo” to keep your hair fresher for longer. I personally dont condition anymore because i suffer from greasy hair and the oils in conditoner just dont help.
If you have normal hair then go for “Tresamme Salon Silk Shampoo” or “Sunsilk Respect and Balance Shampoo”. If you want to keep your hair straighter then try “Lee Stafford Poker Straight Shampoo” and his styling products are really good. They cost about the same as John Frieda im afraid but they are really good. Tressame styling products are also good and a bit cheaper. Always use heat protection sprays like “Toni&Guy Heat Protection Spray”.
ALSO, use shampoos and products for coloured treated hair, it should identify that on the label of the product.
To keep your hair in tip-top condition use a treatment once a week. Just have a look round boots or another shop to find things like “Hair Masks.” even boots own products have some good stuff so your hair stays healthy.
Good Luck!
dont yuse nutrogena. just put onion scent on yur face. yah sure it will smell bad but it will work. and it will make yew soooo BEAUTIFUL! and guys will be so attractive to yew.
For my hair I use Herbal essences and it has lots of different products. The shampoos have lots of things for different kinds of hair and it works great. They also have hairspray, gel, mousse and lots of things.
For my face I use apricot face scrub and it works great. You just use it for your face when you take a shower and I think it works great.
Hope I helped
Anything similar to John Frieda would be the Pantene Pro-V line for colored hair(It works really well!) Also u can try Bumble and Bumble, they r a litle expensive depending on what u get but it is worth it! Another line is Infusium, or even Revlon. A serum would be necessary only if u want your hair really shiny! Be careful though cause if u put even a drop more than u were supposed 2, it makes your hair look greasy! I think the blond would look good on u, but in my opinion it might collide with your pale skin so I would ask if u get it done at a salon if they can darken it just a little, even if u do it yourself try 2 find somethin a little darker! For skin products I would recommend Merlot Natural Grape Seed Cleanser, u can find it at Walgreens! It may be a little pricey (13-15 dollars) but it is worth it! It really cleanses, softens, detoxifies, and nourishes your skin! Their cream/moisturizer is good… any of their products I would try! Hope This Helps!!!!
If you want something that is cheap then use Tresemme. It is cheap and the bottles are huge! Also, don’t use body wash on your face that’s horrible. But anything else… as long as it’s for you face! Your face is the first thing people see and you need to take care of it!
Also, if you hair is dry then a weekly oil treatment wouldn’t hurt. Lots of people use Olive Oil as a treatment and it works pretty good. Just warm it up and let is sit in your hair for however long you have and then wash out with shampoo… works great!
Here’s an idea: be a conscientious consumer. Use products made from companies that don’t test on animals: http://www.caringconsumer.com/resources_companies.asp
