I had this problem for a while and nothing seems to work. I have tiny black zit on my nose. I tried popping them out then applying alcohol to them, but that failed. I also tried many acne treatments just for my nose. That failed as well. The scrub didn't work as well.

Did anyone else have this problem? How can I get rid of them?
