I do a face massage in the morning and at night. I found that my face looks well when I I apply an oily anti-aging serum. I heat the serum oil in my hands then I gently apply the oil onto my face. I massage for about 3-5min paying close attention to fine lines and wrinkles!!

The best tip I have learned over the years i to not overexpose Your face to the sun. I learned this the hard way. I am still struggelng with the damage that I did by going to tanning salons and not protecting my face from the sun!
