How well do they work?

I’m a guy, I never cared much about my facial skin but some people remarked that it looked quite old and I was oh yea how come I’ve never noticed that all along. So what skincare products should I use, and what proper dietary or daily habits should I do for better skin?

Here’s a better description:

I am 31 and looking for something that will help clear up my skin and help lighten the scars. After I became pregnant with my kids, my body chemistry changed and I have been battling very bad acne on my face, neck, chest and back ever since. Has anyone tried the dermalogica line? I started using the Murad anti-bacterial body spray and that has helped on my chest/sholders, but not on my back.

im 19, (probably a few years to young).. so i was just wondering what age other people started. cant start to early i guess when it comes to wrinkles, fine lines and uneven skin tone
